Size Guide
Finding the right fit is important for both comfort and performance. Use the charts below as a general guide. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
How to Measure
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inseam (for pants/jumpsuits): Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

Fit Notes
- Compression shirts and fitness tops are designed for a snug, muscle-hugging fit. If you prefer a looser feel, consider sizing up.
- Oversized t-shirts are intentionally roomy. Stick to your normal size for the intended look, or size down for a closer fit.
- Sports bras offer a supportive, secure fit. Choose your regular bra size or refer to the product page for specific details.
- Yoga jumpsuits and leggings are stretchy and form-fitting. Most customers find their usual size works best.
Gloves & Accessories
Most lifting gloves and similar accessories come in S, M, L, and XL. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger option for better comfort during training.
