Return Policy
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging and tags (if any) should be included
Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned
How to Start a Return
Please contact us first through the Contact page or by email. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange when possible (subject to availability).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
